Box 88, Murumba in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariko Lumala Oduki alias Lumala Oduki, who died at Namwitsula Sub-location, on 31st August, 2009. CAUSE NO. 471 OF 2016 By (1) Pauline Stam, (2) Barbar Stam and (3) Francis Buyekha, all of P.O. Box 123, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased‘s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Buyekha Stam, who died at Nanderema Sub-location, on 3rd August, 1994. CAUSE NO. 494 OF 2016 By Mary Anyango Namulungu, of P.O. Box 87, Busia in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Filbert Okumu Wananyanga, who died on 21st January, 2014. CAUSE NO. 546 OF 2016 By (1) Romano Were Etyang and (2) Linus Okuma Okaa, both of P.O. Box 171, Amukura in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omuse Okuma, who died on 22nd December, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
