TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 470 ―A‖ OF 2016 By Jane Njeri Murigi, of P.O. Box 166–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungai Mbothu Mwai, who died at Ruai, Nairobi, on 13th November, 2015. CAUSE NO. 526 OF 2016 By (1) John Kamau Ndugire and (2) Keziah Wangui Ndugire, both of P.O. Box 388–00216, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased‘s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loise Wanjiru Ndugire, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 14th December, 2003. CAUSE NO. 595 OF 2016 By (1) Lydia Njeri Kiarie and (2) Francis Njiraini Karanga, both of P.O. Box 39, Ngewa in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiarie Karanja, who died at Mbari-ya-igi, Githunguri, on 20th October, 2015. CAUSE NO. 596 OF 2016 By (1) Njenga Njoroge and (2) Paul Wanjigi Wanjiru, both of P.O. Box 633, Karuri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wanjiru Njoroge, who died at Tigoni Hospital in Kenya, on 27th August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
