TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 256 OF 2016 By (1) Stella Muthoki Mulandi and (2) Alex Wambua Musembi, both of P.O. Box 4606–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sylvester Musembi Tilas, who died at Kangundo Sub- location, on 23rd September, 2014. CAUSE NO. 423 OF 2016 By (1) Phelesia Beatrice Aluoch Otieno and (2) Emmanuel Were Mukhaga, both of P.O. Box 20723–00202, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Were Agweli, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 26th December, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
