TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 430 OF 2016 By Peter Mwaura Ngugi, of P.O. Box 55627–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wamuyu Ngugi, who died at Thuita, Mukurwe, on 17th January, 2000. CAUSE NO. 485 OF 2015 By Florence Wanjiku Maina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Muiruri Njuguna, who died at Maragua, on 8th January, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
