TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 71 OF 2016 By (1) Harrison Muli Kinyungu and (2) Francis Musau Kinyungu, both of P.O. Box 41068–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kinyungu Ngose, late of Machakos, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th January, 1982. 20th January, 2017 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 415 OF 2016 By Monicah Syomiti Mulinge, of P.O. Box 10, Mwala in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mulinge Mualuko alias Mulinge Mualuko, late of Kyawango Location, Machakos, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 21st September, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
