TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 331 OF 2016 By (1) Muli Nyamai and (2) Daniel Munzi Nyamai, both of P.O. Box 467, Masii in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamai Kilonzi alias Nyamai Kilonzo, late of Kyamuei, Mathunthini, who died there on 11th March, 1988. CAUSE NO. 422 OF 2016 By (1) Paul Wambua Mutiso and (2) Cassian Mutisya Mutiso, both of P.O. Box 826–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutiso Kitene Ngotho alias Mutiso Kitenge, late of Kiima Kimwe, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 8th March, 2010. CAUSE NO. 428 OF 2016 By (1) Jonah Kavithi Daniel and (2) Magdalene Wayua Daniel, both of P.O. Box 376–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mulwa Kavithi alias Daniel Mulwa Kabithi, late of Mua Hills, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 6th December, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
