TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 395 OF 2016 By (1) Catherine Mukulu Kasyoki and (2) Rhodah Mutinda Kasyoki, both of P.O. Box 2166, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Simon Kasyoki alias Harrison Kasyoki Simon, late of Machakos, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd March, 2016. CAUSE NO. 416 OF 2016 By Rosemary Mailu Kamia, of P.O. Box 242, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Syekonyo Mailu, late of Mungala, who died at Kyondu, on 31st July, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
