TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 330 OF 2016 By (1) Margaret Wangare Kimani and (2) James Ndiva Kimani, both of P.O. Box 585, Kitale in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Macharia Thuo, who died at Moi Teaching and Reffaral Hospital in Kenya, on 9th January, 2014. CAUSE NO. 331 OF 2016 By Mary Wanjiru Ng‘ang‘a, of P.O. Box 9513, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kimani Kariuki, who died at Moi Teaching and Reffaral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th November, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
