TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 121 OF 2016 By David Munio Njoroge, of P.O. Box 1036, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njoroge Njuguna, who died at Kiminini Cortage Hospital in Kenya, on 9th June, 2005. THE KENYA GAZETTE 20th January, 2017 548 548 CAUSE NO. 133 OF 2016 By (1) Richard Nyongesa Mavonga and (2) Beatrice Naliaka Ayub, both of P.O. Box 238, Moi‘s Bridge in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayubu Mabonga Maruti alias Ayub Mabonga Maruti, who died at Kapkoi Sisal, on 16th October, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
