Box 412–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Abuga Oirongo, who died at Mwamosioma Sub-location, on 4th June, 2016. Box 3908–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Nyakwara Omagwa, who died on 31st May, 2012. CAUSE NO. 518 OF 2016 By (1) Beatrice Kwamboka Magoma and (2) Mary Kerubo Migiro, both of P.O. Box 229–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased‘s daughters and mother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rusia Kwamboka Magoma, late of Magoma, who died at Kemera, on 24th January, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
