Box 70, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kinuthia Kihonge, who died at Kisimani, on 7th March, 2016. Mbugua, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 7th December, 2011. CAUSE NO. 225 OF 2016 By (1) Isabela Wangeci Mondo and (2) David Kinyanjui Kabue, both of P.O. Box 104, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased‘s daughter-in-law and stepson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kabuti Ngumba alias Kabuti Ngumba, who died at Githunguchu, on 15th November, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
