TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 65 OF 2016 By (1) Joseph Muhuyu Mundati and (2) Hannah Wanjiku Ndicho, both of P.O. Box 33, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased‘s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mundati Muhuyu, who died at Thakwa, Githunguri, on 14th April, 1996. CAUSE NO. 66 OF 2016 By (1) Joshua Muhuyu Mandati and (2) Hannah Wanjiku Ndicho, both of P.O. Box 33, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased‘s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wangari Mundati, who died at Githunguri, Thakwa, Githunguri, on 17th March, 2014. CAUSE NO. 119 OF 2016 By (1) Philomena Njeri Daniel and (2) Hannah Wangari Mukima, both of P.O. Box 71, Matathia in Kenya, the deceased‘s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mukima Muchiri, who died at P.C.E.A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 30th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
