TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2016 By Moses Kiplimo Kipchom, of P.O. Box 281, Kapsowar in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipchum Toroitich alias Kipchum A. Toroitich, who died at Kapsowar, on 12th October, 1984. THE KENYA GAZETTE 20th January, 2017 556 556 CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2016 By James Kiptoo Latuk, of P.O. Box 45, Tambach in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Komen Kiptoo Latuk alias Komen Latuk, who died at Tambach Hospital in Kenya, on 10th February, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
