TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 78 OF 2016 By Margaret Adhiambo Ojuki, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftali Ojuki Agutu alias Naftali Okongo, who died on 9th June, 2013. CAUSE NO. 109 ―A‖ OF 2016 By Domnic Awiti Okoth, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mbowe Awiti alias Paulo Okoth, who died on 24th May, 2000. CAUSE NO. 129 of 2016 By Pirisca Otieno Obura, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obura Ochieng Sisa, who died on 7th August, 2003. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2017 By Aomo Gudo Ondiek, the deceased‘s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akeletus Ogada Omware, who died on 22nd December, 1974. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2017 By Hezron Okelo Ondiek, the deceased‘s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Ondiek Dieto, who died on 4th April, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
