TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 110 OF 2016 By (1) Annah Muthue Mutiso and (2) Peter Muoka Mutiso, both of P.O. Box 8058−00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mutiso Nzaku, late of Machakos, who died on 22nd August, 2015. CAUSE NO. 132 OF 2016 By Kituku Muviu, of P.O. Box 1070−90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Nthambi Muviu, who died on 18th January, 2012. CAUSE NO. 133 OF 2016 By (1) Angelina Muthio Katua and (2) Vincent Kyalo Katua, both of P.O. Box 54, Kathiani in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hilary Katua Muasya, late of Kakuyuni Location, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 21st August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
