Box 98, Chuka in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburuga Njagi, who died at Kiringani Location, on 2nd June, 1986. CAUSE NO. 380 OF 2016 By (1) Johnstone Njagi Kamumo and (2) Penina Rwamba Njagi, both of P.O. Box 7–60102, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased‘s father and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Muriithi Njagi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 17th June, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
