TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 812 OF 2016 By (1) Martin Ondiek Ogwang and (2) George Agwenge Ogwang, both of P.O. Box 913, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayub Ogwang Onyino, who died on 11th February, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
