TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 90 OF 2016 By John Njuguna Njenga, of P.O. Box 1060, Ruiru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulina Muthoni Njenga alias Pauline Muthoni Njenga, who died at St. Jude Nursing Home, Gatundu, on 17th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. 184 OF 2016 By (1) Joseph Muiruri Kuria and (2) Franjisco Kabubu Muiruri, both of P.O. Box 655, Thika in Kenya, the deceased‘s brother and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiruri Gatawa, who died at Karuri, Mangu Location, on 30th July, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
