TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 332 OF 2016 By Lucas Omolo Otiende, of P.O. Box 117, Ndori in Kenya, the deceased‘s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marcelus Otiende Omolo, who died at North Ramba Sub- location, on 10th July, 1997. CAUSE NO. 333 OF 2016 By Alfred Ayoro Obado, of P.O. Box 51–40601, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashon Obado Ayoro, who died at Usire Sub-location, on 15th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. 334 OF 2016 By (1) Achola Caroline Achieng and (2) Eunice Atieno Airo, both of P.O. Box 241−30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremy Peter Okoth Airo, who died on 8th July, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
