TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 50 OF 2015 By Solomon Musera, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hermman Jimwei Yasi alias Herman Gimwenyi, who died at Mukingi Sub-location, on 8th September, 2012. CAUSE NO. 92 OF 2016 By Doris Opwanda Kuya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willis Opwanda Fuya alias Willis Opwanda, who died at Esibakala Sub-location, on 4th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. 95 OF 2016 By James Munubi Mugangasia, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdalla Munyovi Mugangasia alias Munyovi Mugangasia, who died at Kedoli Sub- location, on 9th September, 1989. CAUSE NO. 106 OF 2016 By (1) John Tafao Ebole and (2) Laudaunh Macadam Mbilika, the deceased‘s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hudson Ebole Khatika, who died at Emmukola Sub-location, on 17th August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
