CAUSE NO. 88 OF 2016 By (1) Elisha Masika Tella Muyela and (2) Cleopas Ezekiel Muyela, the deceased‘s son and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lafont Ezekiel Muyela, who died at Emuhaya, Vihiga County, on 24th June, 2016. CAUSE NO. 96 OF 2016 By Jael Jalemba Obora, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Obora Afwanda, who died at Mahanga Sub-location, on 30th August, 2012. CAUSE NO. 103 OF 2016 By Julius Atsibilwa Alan, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Akwaka Sikwa, who died at Ebusiratsi Location, on 6th December, 1989.
