TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2016 By (1) Regina Kanario Kirima and (2) Raphael Bundi, both of P.O. Box 1201, Meru, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Gitobu M‘Itonga, who died at Gatimbi Locaton, on 1st March, 1995. 20th January, 2017 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2016 By (1) Julius Nturibi M‘Rimberia and (2) Paul Kiriinya Marete, both of P.O. Box 114−60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased‘s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M‘Mwirichia Nchui alias Mwirichia Nchui, who died at Nchaure Sub-location, on 20th April, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
