TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 134 OF 2016 By (1) Robert Peter Mutunga Nzoka and (2) Mary Ndila Mulu, both of P.O. Box 742−90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased‘s‘s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lydia Mbula Nzoka, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Machakos in Kenya, on 15th June, 1980. CAUSE NO. 135 OF 2016 By Joseph Kimeu, of P.O. Box 103-90131, Tala, the deceased‘s‘s son, for a Grant of Letters of Administration intestate to the estate Mbithe Masaka, who died at Kithimani, Matungulu, on 25th June, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
