TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2016 By (1) Roseline Mwikali Ngela, (2) Ruth Ndindi Ngela and (3) Mary Mwende Ngela, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Ndoti Ngela, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital, on 15th October, 2013. CAUSE NO. 39 OF 2016 By (1) Florence Muthike Muema and (2) Peter Wambua Ndambuki, the deceased‘s‘s widow and father, respectively, for a Grant of Letters of Administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Kyalo Wambua, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
