TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2016 By (1) Ruth Ngina Mue and (2) Benjamin Mutua Nyamai, both of P.O. Box 59859–00200, Nairobi, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Kilonzo & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nyamai Musila, late of Mbooni, who died at Parklands, Nairobi, on 18th March, 2015. CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2016 By (1) James Ndeleva Ikothya and (2) Benjamin Mukulu Ndeleva, both of P.O. Box 20997–00100, Nairobi, the deceased‘s widower and son, respectively, through Messrs. Kimani Kimotho and Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jennifer Nduku James, late of Miwani, who died there on 16th November, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
