TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 20 OF 2016 By Abdul Aziz Aleem, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdul Aziz Sidique. CAUSE NO. 71 OF 2016 By Yusuf Mohamud Mohamed, of P.O. Box 15–01100, Kajiado in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mahamud Mohamed Eman, who died at Kitengela, on 16th July, 2013. CAUSE NO. 76 OF 2016 By Khadija Abdullahi Ibrahim, of P.O. Box 19, Mandera in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adow Hussein Emoi, who died at Eastleigh, Nairobi, on 26th November, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
