APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) (b) of the
Water Act, as read with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and
General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation
and Irrigation appoints—
ISACK ABDUBA FAYO
to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Northern Water
Works Development Agency, established vide Legal Notice No. 28 of
2019, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 27th
February, 2026. The appointment of *Elias Shill is revoked.
