APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the power conferred by the Constitution of
Kenya, 2010, Articles 183 and 186, schedule 4:2;7, as read together
with County Governments Act, section 10, of the Turkana County
Biashara Fund Act, 2025, I, Jeremiah Ekamais Lomorukai Napotikan,
the Governor of Turkana County appoint the persons listed below as
the Turkana County Biashara Fund Board Members whose tenure runs
for three (3) years from the date of gazettement.
