THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Ndunde Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 65004,
Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all
those parcels of land, known as L.R. Nos. 7042, 5974/1, 5972/2 and
5971, situate in the south of Kiambu Township in Kiambu District, by
virtue of a conveyance, registered as G.L.A. 8165, 7936, 7593 and
8348, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that
the said conveyance issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that
after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue
a provisional certificate of conveyance provided that no objection has
been received within that period.
