THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Jackson Kithuka, of P.O. Box 46184–00100, Nairobi
in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces
of land known as L.R. Nos. 14870/8, 14870/65, 14870/48 and
14870/63, situate in the south of Ruiru in Kiambu District by virtue of
a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 55703/1, 59212/1, 57074/1 and
58599/1and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show
that the said certificates of title has been lost, notice is given that after
the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue
provisional certificates of title provided that no objection has been
received within that period.
