THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(Cap. 300)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS (1) William Kipkemboi Kimosop, (2) Christopher
Kipsetim Kimosop and (3) Raphael Kiptoo Kismosop, as the
administrators of the estate of Francis Koima Kimosop (deceased), of
P.O. Box 90–30400, Kabarnet in the Republic of Kenya, are registered
as proprietors of all that land known as L.R. No. 498/93, situate in the
Eldama Ravine Town in Baringo District, by virtue of a grant,
registered as I.R. 29174/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been
adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that
after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue
a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been
received within that period.
