THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Zahid Rajan, of P.O. Box 32843, Nairobi in the
Republic of Kenya, is registered as lessee in leasehold ownership
interest of all that Apartment No. 4 on 1st Floor of Block A, erected on
a piece of land, known as L.R. No. 4805, 4806, 4807 and 4808, situate
in the Malindi Municipality in the Kilifi District, registered under Title
No. L.T. 40, Folio 109, File 10891, and whereas sufficient evidence
has been adduced to show that the said land register has been lost,
notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date
hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no
objection has been received within that period.
