THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(Cap. 300)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Rose Wanjiru Nathaniel, of P.O. Box 95952–80100,
Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in
leasehold interest of all that piece of land, known as 1944/V/MN,
situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District,
registered as C.R. 32671, and whereas the certificate of confirmation
of grant dated the 17th May, 2022 at the High Court of Kenya at
Nakuru in successioncause no. E27 of 2021, vested the plot to (1)
Nathaniel Kiongo Githua, (2) Jeannette Nyambura Githua and (3)
Edgar Githua, as administrators, notice is given that after the
expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new
land register in the names of (1) Nathaniel Kiongo Githua, (2)
Jeannette Nyambura Githua and (3) Edgar Githua, provided that no
objection has been received within that period.
