REGISTRATION
WHEREAS (1) Humphrey Anthony Wamba and (2) Dennis
Mathew Mwakulua, both of P.O. Box 87779–80100, Mombasa in the
Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership
interest, known as Subdivision No. 5075/III/MN, situate in Mombasa
Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 46045, and
whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said
certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration
of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional
certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within
that period.
