THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(Cap. 300)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Grey-Shark Limited, is registered as proprietor in
leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.038
hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Laikipia, known as
Nanyuki/Marura Block 10/107, and whereas sufficient evidence has
been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has
been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days
from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement certificate of lease
provided that no objection has been received within that period.
