THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS John Mati Lautani (ID/2129597), is registered as
proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land
containing 0.0333 hectare and 0.80 hectare or thereabouts, situate in
the county of Meru North, known as Amwathi/Maua/6484 and
Ithima/Ntunene/3584, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence
has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof
has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days
from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no
objection has been received within that period.
