THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(Cap. 300)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Virigina Wathana Kamau (ID/3089155), of P.O. Box
1470, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in
absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2040
hectare or thereabouts, situate in district of Murang’a, known as
Makuyu/Makuyu/Block II/913, and whereas sufficient evidence has
been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has
been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days
from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstruct under
section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that
period.
