THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(Cap. 300)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Petsan Properties Limited, of P.O. Box 86952–80100,
Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in
ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 5029/1,
situate in Shimoni in Kwale District, registered as CR. 12727, and
whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land
register in respect of this title has been lost or misplaced, and whereas
the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the
Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that at the
expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid
objection has been received within the period, I intend to proceed with
the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed
file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
