THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(Cap. 300)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Paul Muchiri Kariuki, of P.O. Box 36, Mau Narok in
the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of
land containing 0.0466 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of
Nakuru, registered under title No. Dundori/Lanet Block 5/2451 (New
Gakoe), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show
that the said land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice
is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date
hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of
section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received
within that period.
