THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(Cap. 300)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS (1) Jane Weheke Kimari, (2) Jane Nyawira Muriuki,
(3) Michael Njoroge Kamau, (4) Pius Ngunyi Kibuchi, (5) Nancy
Gitima Nthinga, (5) Magaret Nyambura Gachie and (6) Catherine
Mukami Nyaga, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership
interest of all that piece of land containing 0.30 hectare or thereabouts,
situate in the county of Kirinyaga, registered under title No.
Gichigu/Settlement/Scheme/8534, and whereas sufficient evidence has
been adduced to show that the said land register opened thereof is
lost/destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60)
days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the land
register under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no
objection has been received within that period.
