THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Peter Njeru Muriuki (ID/21515709), is registered as
proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land
containing 0.4000 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of
Laikipia, registered under title No. Laikipia Daiga Umande Block
2/105 (North Tetu), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced
to show that the said land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost
or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days
from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green
card under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no
objection has been received within that period.
