THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Margaret Mugure Njoroge (ID/0616323), is registered
as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.558 hectare or
thereabouts, situate in Nyandarua County, known as Nyandarua/Ol
Joro Orok West/4008, and whereas the land register in respect thereof
is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have
failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from
the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed provided
that no objection has been received within that period.
