THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(Cap. 300)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Paul Mundia Mureithi (deceased), is registered as
proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land
containing 2.455 hectares or thereabout, situate in the county of
Nyandarua, registered under title No. Nyandarua/Githioro/2827, and
whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said
land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that
after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land
register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the
Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
