GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2688

WHEREAS (1) Pauline Waithera Gitau, (2) George Ngugi Karu, (3) Elijah Otieno Juma and (4) Winnie Wambui Kabutha, all of P.O. Box 916, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.029 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Nairobi, known as Nairobi/Block 93/1440, and whereas the Environmental and Land Court at Milimani in ELC case No. 111 of 2020 (OS) vide a decree dated the 28th March, 2022, has directed for the cancelation and revocation of the interests and certificate of lease issued to (1) Pauline Waithera Gitau, (2) George Ngugi Karu, (3) Elijah Otieno Juma and (4) Winnie Wambui Kabutha, as the proprietors of Nairobi/Block 93/1440, and register Lucy Wangari Wamburi, the legal representative of the estate of Wamburi Bodi, as the beneficial owner, and whereas all efforts made to recover the certificate of lease to be surrendered to the land registar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the cancellation of the certificate of lease issued.
