THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Welvin Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 13386–
00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of
all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 209/4401/318, situate in the
city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as
I.R. 230540/1, and whereas Welvin Investments Limited has executed
an instrument transfer (Form L.R.A. 33) in favour of (1) Cecilia
Wangari Koigu, (2) Nicholas Kibuchi Koigu, (3) Collins Kingori
Koigu and (4) Cecil Wamutitu Koigu, and whereas evidence has been
adduced that the said lease has been misplaced, notice is given
purusuant to section 31 that after the expiry of fourteen (14) days from
the date hereof I shall dispense with the production of the lease and
register the transfer (Form L.R.A. 33) provided that no objection will
have been received within that period.
