THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Patrick Muthii Kinyua (deceased), is registered as
proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Kirinyaga,
known as Kirinyaga/Gathigiriri/4131, containing 0.81 hectare or
thereabouts, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at
Wang’uru in Succession Cause No. E45 of 2024, has issued grant of
letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in
favour of Unice Murugi Muthii, and whereas all efforts to recover the
said land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for
cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has
been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the
production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of
the said administration letters to Unice Murugi Muthii, and upon such
registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Patrick Muthii
Kinyua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
