THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(Cap. 300)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Mutiso Munyai Musyoka (deceased), is registered as
proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.023 hectares or
thereabout, situate in the county of Machakos, known as
Athiriver/Athiriver Block 5/62, and whereas in the Magistrate’s Court
at Machakos in Succession Cause No. E43 of 2025, has issued a grant
of letters of administration and whereas the said (1) Victoria Ngami
Mutiso and (2) Joseph Wambua Mutiso have executed L.R.A. 39 for
registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed
for the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the
expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid
objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense
with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with
registration of L.R.A. 39 to (1) Victoria Ngami Mutiso and (2) Joseph
Wambua Mutiso, and upon such registration the land title deed issued
earlier to the said Mutiso Munyai Musyoka (deceased), shall be
deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
