THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Rufus Mweha Mweneta (deceased), is registered as
proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Kericho,
known as Kericho/Londiani Block 2 (Kamuingi)/7, and whereas in the
Chief Magistrate’s Court at Engineer in Succession Cause No. E29 of
2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of
confirmation of grant in favour of Peter Njuguna Mweha, and whereas
the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Rufus Mweha
Mweneta (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given
that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof,
provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I
intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and
proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land
title deed in the name of Peter Njuguna Mweha, and upon such
registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Rufus
Mweha Mweneta (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of
no effect.
