COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NOTICE is given that, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(1)
of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, preparation of the above
plans was on the 22nd December, 2025 completed.
A copy of each plan as prepared has been deposited for public
inspection free of charge at the office of the County Director of
Physical Planning, Turkana County in Lodwar between the hours of
8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in
connection with or objection to the above plan may send such
representation or objection in writing to be received by the County

Director of Physical Planning, Turkana County P.O. Box 11–30500
Lodwar in the Republic of Kenya, within sixty (60) days from the date
of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall
state the grounds upon which it is made.
