REGISTRATION
NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, that the owner
of Motor Vehicle motor vehicles registration No. UBA 172F, Mercedes
Benz, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is lying at
Supertouch Auto Center, Dar es salaam Road, Nairobi, within thirty
(30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment
of all storage charges, auctioneers fees and costs and any other
incidental charges plus cost of publishing this notice. Failure to which
the said motor vehicles will be disposed of either by public auction or
private treaty without further reference to the owner in order to defray
storage charges, auctioneers fees and costs and related charges in
accordance with the Act, but should there be any shortfall, the owners will
be liable.
